Where are you located and do you travel?
Broadly, we’re located in the NYC Metro area. More specifically, Queens. However we are able to accommodate people in the 5 boroughs, Long Island, North Jersey, and the Hudson Valley. However, if you’re interested in booking a session and live in South CT, please reach out and we can likely make it work!
What happens if it rains on the day of my photoshoot?
Great question! Weather happens and sometimes it’s unpredictable. We’ll be watching the forecast and be in contact with you leading up to the shoot. So we can either make the call the night before, or play it by ear and wait til morning. But if we’ve decided on an outdoor shoot and it does end up raining, we would work with you on rescheduling the photoshoot to another day that works best for you and your family!
Where do the photo shoots take place?
In short, flexibility is our middle name! Whether the great outdoors is more your vibe or prefer the coziness of an indoor setting, we've got you covered. For outdoor sessions, we're happy to collaborate with you to find the perfect location, whether it's a serene park, a picturesque beach, or the tranquility of the woods. Our commitment to quality means we're willing to travel to ensure we capture your moments in the best possible light.
If indoors is more your style, rest assured we've got the setup for that too. With our backdrop and professional lighting equipment, we're equipped to transform your indoor space into our canvas. For in-home shoots, we'll work with you to ensure ample space for both our equipment and your comfort.
For kid’s sessions, do you have props that you use or should we bring our own?
We do offer an assortment of props to enhance your photography session, both for aesthetics and for interactive engagement from the kids. From charming vintage pieces like a child-sized rocking chair and fire truck to additions like a bubble machine which usually gets the kids smiling and having fun. Upon booking, we'll work closely with you to understand your specific vision and go through the props we have on hand, ensuring a personalized and seamless experience. Additionally, for clients interested in smash cake photoshoots, we offer the option to include a cake for an additional fee or welcome you to bring your own cake at no extra cost.
Do you offer posed newborn sessions?
We don’t typically do posed newborn sessions. Our focus is on capturing what unfolds naturally with your newborn. However, we are absolutely more than happy to include any special mementos, blankets or toys you have for your little one that are important to you and your family.
What if I have an idea for something I don't specifically on your site?
Just shoot us a message! We love flexing our creative muscles so if you don't see something on our site, but think it's a project we'll crush, send us a message and we'll brainstorm a way to make it happen!
